So when Nikki’s dad suggested Stone Park from Viridian, they knew it had been the perfect venue for their outside Texas wedding.
The two stated “I do” in a lakeside pavilion that was decked away in blush and infant blue florals arranged simply by From A to Z Style before making their way to the tented reception. The fancyful elements carried over in to dinner with hanging greenery, botanic linens, and 2 floral wedding cakes from Touch of Salt Pastries. As well as the bridesmaids wore coordinating flower crowns which matched up the decor perfectly.

A Unforgettable First Look
The first appearance was definitely one of our preferred parts of the day. Getting to have got that time together in the midst of this kind of full day of people plus events was truly unique. We met up on the particular bridge where Rodger suggested, so it was really fun ahead full circle like that.
Exactly why An Outdoor Texas Wedding
I usually knew I wanted an outdoor location, but with COVID still as being a factor, I didn’t wish to be overly restricted or negotiate based on availability. My dad is among the developers of Viridian plus suggested that we have the wedding in a park they were finishing building. Between the stream, waterfalls, plus view of the lake, i was sold! Plus, Viridian is really a community near and beloved to my family’s heart, which usually made it extra special.
The particular Lavish Yet Simple Style
The overall look and type of our wedding stemmed through the desire for an outdoor wedding using a few lavish elements and several simple touches. The location was a park in a learn community. That really shaped a few of the design in terms of using a pavilion for the ceremony and then flicking it to become the dancing floor while serving supper in a beautiful clear-top camping tent nearby. We really wanted our own day to entail information that represented us whilst creating a fun evening for the friends and family to come together and enjoy. Our wedding advisor, Jen Rios, did an amazing job tying together most of these elements.
Wedding Day Surprises
There were two wedding day surprises for the guests. One was a fireworks show over the lake, as well as the other was an get out of on a firetruck. Rodger is really a firefighter and paramedic, therefore it was really cool that the community fire station was ready to play a part in honoring the day.
