Autumnal hues combined with a wonderful location have us swooning at this wedding!I actually don’t know about you, yet looking at Mícheál and Andrzej’s gorgeous real wedding can be making me so thrilled for autumn wedding festivities! The couple chose Rockhill House in the lush country of Letterkenny, Donegal for his or her September wedding. Their day time was an amalgamation associated with oranges, rusts and vegetables, as well as an ode for their homes, Ireland and Belgium! Wander & Thyme Pictures was kind enough to talk about the images from their Rockhill House wedding with us, therefore let’s take a closer appear! From Ireland and Belgium, Mícheál and Andrzej show that they originally met on the web, and went for their initial date at an art display! “From the chats, email messages and phone calls it shortly became clear that there was obviously a spark, even though there was nearly 100 miles between all of us. Mícheál was then getting involved in an art exhibition in Wicklow, close to where Andrzej resided, so we went together, like a first date. The rest can be bliss-tory. “When it found the proposal, this few did it backwards! “We got the wedding venue and day already booked, then asked all our friends for an engagement garden party within Belfast. Andrzej was continually going to do the asking, Mícheál just didn’t know how or even when. But it was presently there, in front of family and friends and within much-loved fairy thorn forest, that Andrzej proposed on a single knee. The champagne ran the rest of the evening! ‘The few had their mum’s stroll them down the aisle. Therefore sweet! We’re not crying and moping you are! As a nod in order to Andrzej’s Polish heritage, certainly one of their younger guests who had been dressed in traditional Polish folks costume welcomed friends and family plus handed out bi-lingual ceremony pamphlets which the couple designed. Mícheál & Andrzej included the Celtic hand-fasting and a band warming ritual in their wedding ceremony, two really gorgeous and private elements to include in your wedding ceremony. The couples biggest concern of the day was to enjoy their Irish and Shine cultures coming together. Following the ceremony, the couple made a decision to have a flag raising wedding ceremony of their national flags with a bugle call. How fairly sweet! The grooms both connected matching brown check matches by Freddie Hatchet. We have been just obsessed with the zesty orange detailing! It provides such a gorgeous element towards the day and ties the particular orange theme in with the whole wedding. With sixty guests, Mícheál & Andrzej’s wedding was was a pretty intimate one, but they show their memories of the day are filled with ‘energy, smiles and color. ‘Beautiful floral arrangements associated with dark greens, rust plus nude tones set the particular autumn tone and the young couples inspiring personal touches for example hand-painted canvases at each desk warmed everyone’s hearts. The particular pair tell us, ‘everyone left a comment just how sophisticated, yet comfortable it all was’. The few chose their venue due to the style and privacy. “There is a fantastic forest drive leading up to Rockhill House which usually brings a sense of excitement plus anticipation when you first visit. The nation house itself has been superbly renovated with elegant areas, tasteful décor and outstanding gardens. And all weddings are usually private, so the only types going through those gates on your own wedding day are your guests… and that feels good. “The old world charm of the location and it’s beautiful environment is something that we simply adore too! The few have two bits of advice just for engaged couples. “First of, don’t plan anything throughout a global pandemic… wait this out. Secondly, maximise time you spend with your family and visitors because your day will journey and you’ll not get these opportunities again. “Although that they had planned a trip to Latina America for their honeymoon, due to Covid they ended up going to Corfu for a week rather. “While a week by the swimming pool isn’t our norm, this worked so well for us, because we all used the time to unwind, reveal and have a laugh. “A massive thank you to Mícheál plus Andrzej for sharing their own Rockhill House Wedding around. A massive thank you also would go to Wander & Thyme for his or her amazing work on these pictures! There are more beautiful pictures for you to pore over within the gallery below!
